Air Conditioner for PC?

Is it good?
Is it better than water cooling?
Which is the best?
Where can i buy one?

Thanks to anyone that can help me

what, like one of those from tiger direct that takes a 5.25" slot and has some 40mm fans on the back?

Inefficient, power consuming.. If you want to cool effectively, its better to do it on a per component basis than cooling an entire case space.

I almost bought this case a while back actually. IDR what stopped me from doing so, but I'm not so sure the air conditioning is a good idea. You'd probably be better off spending the extra money on good air cooling or even liquid cooling. I think that case was pretty expensive too so look into other cooling options. Sure that case may cool pretty well, but IDK if it's worth it.
edit: You can find it at Newegg.
