AIMsniff equivalent for Win32?

I thought I had it working, and it took a few days before I realized that my router is using switched networking, so my PC couldn't sniff the other packets on the LAN. I had a second NIC already installed, but I needed a crossover adapter to connect the downstairs area through my computer. Needless too say, the window of opportunity had already passed.
