AIM warning levels?

Anyone know what causes some warns to raise the level by 20% and 5%, while annonymous would be either 10% and 3%? This is just for the first one, not additional warnings.

For example if I warn someone his level will only go up 5% or so, but if he warns me ANNONYMOUSLY, it goes out 10%.

AIM warnings should be removed. It gets out of hand with the lamers.

haha, just keep warning them with the non-anonymous, you can get there warning up much higher overall

AIM warnings are pointless, I was at 100% a few times. All I couldn't do was send messages as fast, no biggie.

It doesn't matter if they messaged you or not, if you send them a message they can do it.

Do the warnings ever come down?? I'm not too familiar with the warnings level, even though everyone I talk to is at 0%.
