AIM question - disable flashing incoming message

So I figured out how to get AIM to work at my workplace =) but I was wondering if there some sort of setting where you can have it NOT flash when I get a message, I've been caught twice chatting already =( any help is appreciated.

never had to do that, but maybe dling AIM+/MyIM would work

or dling tweakui and tweaking flashing toolbar

just auto hide the taskbar, and if someone is looking over your shoulder while your showing them something, just quickly alt-tab, and don't even pop up the task bar.

well I'm not sure if it's allowed or not - I mean, I get a lot of freedom in terms of my work, just got to give a weekly update on my progress. I've been coding over 11hrs for the past 3 days, so I think I deserve some aim time =) it just looks bad I guess is what I'm trying to say.
