I would agree, the problem is that the people I want to talk to use it.

I'll be the first to admit Windows has its flaws but I prefer to be a part of the 90% of the world that runs windows than the alternative 9.9% that use macs (though I'm more and more tempted) and the 0.1% that swear off commercial OS products entirely & install some other even more obscure linux variant.

At least with AIM there's an alternative to their POS software. Long live Trillian Pro!

Wow... I got booted off of AIM, checked ATOT, saw no threads... restarted the computer, AIM still didn't work... checked ATOT, found a thread with four pages created in less than 10 minutes.
 
its so... weird, like leaving my cell phone on my dresser when I'm at class... this feeling... of... isolation....
