AIM connection failing! What could be the problem?!

I get the following error when trying to log into AIM:

Connection to AIM failed. Please click the AIM icon and select "Toggle Status" for more detail.

I do this and get the following:

"Error logging into AIM: You are attempting to sign on again too soon."

I've never had this problem before. What's wrong? Here's a screenshot. Thanks!

it would help a little if you'd mention you were using Trillian.
As of yesterday/today, you need to disable SecureIM capabilities for AIM or else you can't connect. AOL must not like us trillian users.

Preferences>Chatting Services>AIM>Misc
Uncheck Activate SecureIM Capabilities

Never mind I just read the trillian site. Looks like I have to wait 5-10 minutes for the server to clear =)

Cerulean Studios just came out with yet another version of Trillian today. 0.721 Mentions an AIM bug fix.
I'm trying it now. (waiting for the reconnection time limit to run out)
