Here's how I did it.
I turn off the lights, so the only ambient lighting is my monitor, and my room is dark.
I set my camera to 15 second exposure mode.
Then for the ghost one, I don't sit in the chair until 3 seconds after I press the shutter. ;)

YOu can tell the chair rotated in the second one, look behind your head.
