AIDA64 Stress Test

Hi all, just a quick question. What's peoples opinion of the AIDA64 memory stress test specifically? Good enough to check an overclock is stable without running memtest and not having a usable pc for however many hours? Are there any other memory stress tests that can be run from windows?

Yeah sorry about that. I did have a look last night but my search-fu was weak after 14hrs driving yesterday. Got up this morning and realised i'd also been looking in wrong forum area. Found what i wanted in about 2 mins.
