I don't know if I ran the test right, I just clicked on memory read/write and it gave me some numbers.

Mem Read: 3497 mb/s
Mem Write: 809 mb/s

So does this check the mobo or the RAM? I am confused about this test, can someone explain what exactly this is testing. I know it is testing Read/Write ablility of RAM, but is it limited to what the mobo can transfer or what? Should more or less RAM make a difference? How can I make the tranfer rates better? "turbo" (otherwise known as 1T COMMAND) has the larger effect on read = +215mb / +3mb write
going from cas 2.5-3-3-7 to cas 2-2-2-6 has a larger effect on write = +40mb / +161mb

id say by the way the scores are showing on various platforms ~ this bench does test the entire memory subsystem.

I was foolin' with this a little last night as I tried some different settings.

I also noticed a difference in results when I went from 2-2-2-5 at 11x200FSB to 2.5-3-3-6 at 11x205FSB. Both scores dropped, even though the clock speed was higher. I tried a couple of other settings with similar results.

I agree with Thugsrook that it does test the entire memory sub-system, and it seems that clock speed is not a great factor from what I've seen in my tests. That seem like a good thing to me for a memory bench.

This test appears to test more on your chipset then the actual memory sticks. Most of the dual channel performed better than signle channel chipset. My crappy Samsungs are hanging in there with the corairs?

Also, the higher your FSB, the higher your mem. scores. At least from what I've noticed
