It's not the "I just graduated college and I need to find a career" job. It's just a job to get me some money so I can pay bills and such while I'm here at Tech. Echostar is hiring here, and I went to go apply. I had all the experience they needed, even the years in retail sales, phone support, and all that.

They immediately put me into an interview, which I'm fairly certain I did very well in (all the questions the interviewer asked directly related to my past job experiences so I had some really good answers for him), and the guy seemed to be hinting that I got the job. He even took me on a tour of the facilities which I don't think they are doing for many other people.

Sweet! Disposable income, here I come!

Well, for the moment I'll be working 40 hours a week... so disposable income after my bills should be around $100 a paycheck. After I start school again, I'm not sure... depends on how much the GI bill gives me vs. my tuition.

No sh!t. The worst part is that once you're a parent, you're a parent for the rest of your life.

That's why I'm squandering all my free cash on toys for myself until I have to buy my g/f a ring, get married, and have kids. :p

Good job. I would like to find one as well...but unfortunately I don't like working, and don't have my resume anymore. Great computer crash of 2003 wiped out everything.
