I've been looking myself. I know somewhere I have a copy of a monitor calibration program, but I think it has to be installed with drivers. (ie: can't be installed on it's own).

Kind of a pain because I have 3 monitors, one of which I can't get the colors to line up with the other two (Sony vs. two Viewsonics, the Viewsonics are much better)

I'd be interested as well if there's a program of some sorts to calibrate my monitor. I have a 19" Philips and I've never been able to get it just right.

Triple post with an intermissons at that!

My monitors are a 17" Viewsonic E771 that I paid $87 for used (surplus), 19" PS790 that I paid $560 for new (back when it was hot stuff), and a 17" Sony GDM-17E06 that was going to get thrown away. The Sony is replacing a 14" Packard Bell as my "browser monitor".

There was a program called "Colormedia" or something to that effect that is bundled, but I haven't seen a standalone installation. I think the difficult part in finding a free one is going to be the requirement for a non-onscreen reference color.

See if it has a "cool" and "warm" setting for color. Warm adds red, cool adds blue.
