within a year two people here have died from punches to the face, each time.. only one was enough

as I said before, if someone swings a bat aimed at someones head, it is what I would call attempted murder regardless of if he succedes or not

*shrugs* Protesting peacefully doesn't mean waving a stick while standing arm's length from a whole bunch of nervous, riot gear-equipped police officers.

That's not enjoyment, that's nerves. Would you enjoy being a very obvious target of a couple hundred protestors? They didn't have shields with them because they're a nice fashion accessory.
 
i wrote something really fvcking nasty about you guys saying he deserved to be killed for protesting, but deleted it because i'd rather not be banned... though i'm not so sure i want to hang around anymore after reading some of this trash. honestly, i'm just really disappointed that a group of "smart" people could be so stupid.

do you know what country you live in? do you know how it was founded? do you not value your rights? you say we have no idea what the protestors were doing... DUH. so we have no idea if they "deserved" it, or what they were protesting, or who they were protesting against, or any of it. to blindly assume that the cops are always right is just downright SCARY.

Yes to all of the above, I strongly reccomend that people exercise thier right NOT to charge policemen in full riot gear with a pissy ass little flag......did he get what he deserved...probably not, but I guess when you put yourself in that type of situation you better be prepared for the consequences.
 
That's pretty sad. The guy was not charging, he was simply standing there. That cop should be tried for attempted murder. There is a difference between defending oneself against a guy with a stick, versus attacking a guy standing there unarmed. That cop should DIAF.

actually if you watch the vid he did charge them after his friend (the first guy in black) got the sh!t knocked out of him...I would guess that when he finallly got up close and personel with them he realized what a dumba$$ move it was and kind of just stood there but by then it was too late.
