Ahh I just installed the newest version of Mozilla and this horrible cleartype rubbish is on and I cannot kill it. I checked all my font settings and they look normal.
Help me I cannot read this crap! 🙁

Then again, I'm at 800x600x32@75, so everything is readable. 🙂

Turn off font antialiasing (you can find that in the KDE control center) if it's on. Increase your font size in Mozilla. If neither of those work, get a new build.
 
You sure you have cleartype on? From the screenshot I can't see any anti-aliasing at all. Looks perfectly fine to me, but I'm used to 1600x1200 on a 15 inch LCD so most other setups look perfectly readable to me.
