No, but the health benefits you get from eating fish regularly surely do outweigh the quintuple-bypass that your "dream meal" will surely provide...

I love fish and all, but reading about the amount of mercury levels in fish lately makes me wonder how much benefit you really are getting.

True, but most mercury is in Tuna and miniscule amounts of mercury don't really hurt anybody except pregnant women, infants and the elderly. The other benefits of eating fish pretty much undoubtedly outweigh the risks of mercury poisoning.
