My tendons, muscles, and bones are all thanking this 70+ sunny weather right now. I feel a noticeable difference when running in warm weather vs. winter running.

On a side note, my forefoot striking has *knock on wood* helped me recover from what I believe was low knee ITB syndrome.


Trying to emulate the basic lessons from this guy

Just in case anyone ever gets a similar injury I had, I have continued to use the pose type method of running and I have not had ANY recurring injuries (knock on wood)

A little info for anyone who does a search at some point wondering if there are solutions to people with ITB type problems
