Take one hoagie roll, cut long ways with the extra bread scooped out.
Layer humus (garlic) and avocado generously on the side with the most room in the hollowed out area.
Add Chicken or turkey breast, red bell pepper, lettuce, tomatos on the other side. A little mayo is nice but is less healthy option.

I love avocados. I don't eat them as much anymore because they have so much fat (even though it is good fat), and calories. :(
