Not getting much at avsforum, so I'll try here too...
Yesterday I got my brand new tivo, set it up, and all was well. I was a little upset to see that every once is a while the color would get all weird and flicker on the screen. I was kind of disappointed, figuring I got a bad tivo. I tried turning everything off and then back on, and it seemed to solve it. WELL, today I come home and get ready to see what the tivo has for me, and when I turn on the TV, the picture is completely messed up. It looks like HORRIBLE convergence, if that describes it. It seems like its only the blue "gun" that's off, but it's off by like an inch or two. I can't fix it with convergence either. It seems to be a little more off at the top than it is in the middle. I don't understand how this happened though, because it was fine when I turned it off last, and completely screwed when I turned it on. I have tried turning it off and on, and that doesn't help. This appears on all inputs and all channels. The TV is a Mitsubishi 51" 4:3, it's a few years old. I have no clue what the model number is. Any ideas what's going on here? Please tell me it can be fixed and that my TV isn't completely bust.
