My brother wanted wanted a pink and purple bike for his 4th birthday. My dad got him one. Don't think he would have cared much either way about little girl cartoons. I myself don't either. I just see a thread like this and I have to poke it with a stick. I mean really, grown men posting pictures of cartoon ponies?

Not there. I didn't even see that particular interpretation, as had totally aligned myself with the value structure behind the original sentiment.

Meh, I hate it when pure pwnage gets derailed by alternate interpretations. But I'm not about to depersonalize a barb so it reaches a wider audience. That would be a waste of my talents.

You're really not very good at this.
Your attempted insult was very specific, implying that you know me. However, your need to use a generic photo really undermines that you have such basis (and all I need do is point that out). Also, "emo" is high school, which is quite a ways out of the AT forum mainstream. The likelihood that any random AT poster is a 17 year old Hot Topic shopper is not very high. So you miss on probability alone.
That a high school phenomenon is featured so prominently in your mental image of the social landscape implies that you aren't long out of high school yourself.

"300lb basement-dwelling virgin," would have been a much better shot in the dark. It covers a much wider age range and does not run counter to the fact that I am online quite a bit and like anime. It's an assertion I can't even perfectly undermine using only data I've released previously. There's enough floating about to strongly imply that that is not the case, but as I haven't been trying to build up an image, the widely dispersed tidbits don't really join together to form a harmonious theme.
So, as merely collating that data is not a great solution, how would I have played it if you went that route? I probably would've given you plenty of rope, letting you build up an image that you do nothing but follow me around throwing that insult at me (like happened with dali); then, after you were married to that image, I'd come out with a dump that'd destroy you.
Then I'd follow you around and keep bringing it up until you were well and truly wrecked.

People who are slaves to their feelings do not present me with much of a challenge. Even easier when they have a fixation on me, as I hold all the cards in that arena.

And all this shows how little I really think of you, z. I am perfectly willing to tell you ahead of time just how you will be pwned. You are a gnat, so whether you intrude in my vision to be swatted or you decide to bail is all the same to me.

No, I was making some sort of point with that pic -- it wasn't of me.
But as my hair is cut with a #2 guard, I somehow think you'd get the same "non-emo" impression out of a real pic.
