AHAHAHAHAA

So the client tells me his new volume switches are in and we can hook up his new Denon (115w x7 + 2nd zone) beast to his speakers. I told him to get quality controls and he assured me that he did.

Well it didn't work.

We always had to crank the reciever ALL the way up and it kept shutting off. He all but called the Denon a POS 🙂Q)and was pissed off at my choice in sh!tty recievers until I went over to the volume controls.

 AHAHAHAHA...

At full power the volume controls were SHAKING.....AHAHAH...yes..SHAKING...don't remember seeing anything so funny in a while. They were litterally shaking around attached to the speaker cable😀

Basically, he bought some POS 70w controls and was wondering why they didn't work;laugh; They were somehow absorbing the power or something and not passing it on to the speakers...the strange thing is that they didn't heat up😕 I have no idea where the power went😕

Don't get me wrong, the guy is cool and all...I jsut wanted to post about the shaking volume controls:laugh:

You may no return to your scheduled porno now in progess....
