You have to keep in mind those are professional make up artists as well
 
That isn't just makeup. It's also Photoshop/photo editing. The one girl's freckles are gone even from her chest and arms.
 
By the way, does anyone have the link to the girl getting the makeup, then the picture is photoshopped for a billboard?
