Ah, that explains it

It amuses me the extent to which creationists seem to arbitrarily decide which "explanations" should be naturalistic, and which ones just flat out invoke miracles to fill explanatory gaps.

Why was it unreasonable for them to simply presume that god "miracled" all the animals all over the world? Why come up with the cockamamey rafting idea? God was obviously able to miracle a shitload of water into existence in order to flood the whole globe, and he handily miracled it all away when he decided the flood was over. He couldn't miracle all the marsupials to Australia? They all just happened to hop the same raft and end up in only one place on the entire planet?
 
My wife and her friends went to that museum for giggles and laughed the entire time. They said it was pretty entertaining. I think they also show humans riding around on dinosaurs.

Wait wait wait.... Didn't Noah put one pair of ALL the animals on his raft and float them to safety, including the rhinoceros and snail? Why did those animals have to float on rafts instead of in Noah's boat?

Only a pair of each kind went on the raft. That does beg the question of why noah needed to save them with a big ass ark when they were all going to survive the flood on driftwood anyway. Maybe they just stepped off the safe land that noah brought them to and floated off to parts unknown?
