...cars. 🙂 Took my car out today for the first time with the roof panel off, man I love this thing. It's amazing, windows down and roof off and there's no noise! The airflow management is amazing on this thing. And tomorrow it's supposed to be in the 70's. 😀

Bottom line is that you still live in Ohio

j/k 🙂

just about every other day of the year, driving that car in California would be better. Except today. It's pouring here, and it's supposed to go on all weekend.

What car? Convertibles rock. I miss driving my 72 Cutlass Conv. 🙁 Someday I'll get it back and restore it, at least I keep telling myself that. Never enough time or money. But, those days in low 70's with a clear sky... that's the best.

Yeah, my backyard's flooded. Wouldn't really want to drive anything now.

What car is that?
My 1979 Lebaron Coupe. Hopped up 318/998 combo. Loud and fast. Handles great after a few suspension mods. One very nice but unusual car.

I've been meaning to say something to you about your sig. You know that it's almost impossible to read the typeface because of the colour?

My car's not a convertible. You could call it a "Targa" is you stretched things a little bit. About 90% of the roof pulls out, with only about an inch and a half around the outside that stays. So I get the benefit of a huge open roof, while still having a more rigid chassis.

Thanks. Its the only one like it here, so it stands out. It came with the very rare Spring Sport Special option (code A07). It is painted the factory colour: Regent Red Sunfire Metallic. I will have to put up my website again with pics of it.

no noise? i'm sorry... i love to hear the sound of my engine roaring, the rotors spooling down in between gear changes, the low rumble i get in teh very low rpms, a little higher pitched, once i hit 3400, the secondaries coming on and giving my engine some real rumble..........

No wind noise I meant. I'm used to opening the windows and hearing nothing but air turbulance. I love the sound my car makes when it's engine-braking down a hill. Mmmm. 🙂

I forget who asked, but the car is a 1987 Porsche 924S.
