Encoding an mp3 isn't new, transferring data to a DAP isn't new, a program that organises your music collection isn't new. However, the aforementioned features combined to operate when transfering data is new, and will be of great use to many people. Thus, it can be classed as innovation.

My previous question as to whether you know of any other software that already does this still stands. I'm genuinely interested to hear. If you know of such software please let me know as I'd like to give it a try.

Nobody is disagreeing that other companies don't innovate. I most certainly am not angry-why would I be?!

AOL combines web surfing with e-mail and a web directory. Are they a good, innovative ISP? After all, no one else does that... Regardless, I don't think an agreement can be reached on Apple, but I should point out that comments like 'you're spewing BS' and 'what you thought was a good question was a pile of steaming poop' are certainly angry. Who do you think you're kidding saying they aren't? :confused:
