Ah, nothing like a day off of school for DEER DAY!

No school for me tomorrow because we have a day off for DEER DAY. I guess hunting is that big, haha.


Anyone else with something like this?

we have thurs&fri off for parent teacher interviews (happening all day this year) and tomorrow cause I'm going to college presentations with people all day!

When I was in school we also got the first day of deer season off, that was in PA. I think it was the last Monday in Nov.

Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I live in one of the bigger cities here but there's ton of tiny towns all over.

We usually have a half day for parent/teacher conferences but since they passed some stupid law that required additional school hours we had to go full day and have conferences during the evening.

We don't have that but I skipped 2 days to go deer hunting so sorta the same.
