Well I go to a rich white southern collegeso there are more of these people than you can shake a stick at. Having said that, you can call them douchebags if you want, but just realise that guy is probably getting more hot chicks than 10 ATOTers combined.
 
People still dress like that? I thought the whole pink polo shirt popped collar thing faded away 2 or 3 years ago? I haven't seen any tourists dressed like that in a while so I figured even Palookavillians figured it out.

it's because ever loser fratboy in North America bought or stole one to wear because they are "the thing". Blame them for ruining it for the rest or the world.

Actually, I dont think even hot chicks should have the barbed wire.
