AGP6600GT to AGP6800GS?

I play BF2 demo and CSS at 1024x768 resolution with all settings on high. Gameplay is smooth and fine. Question is would a AGP6800GS card be worth 200.00 to continue playing at those settings? I can go higher but my aging 19"CRT Dell M991 really likes 1024x768. Would you just stick with the 6600GT until the next complete upgrade to pci-e?
