AGP x16?

Ok, I might be jumping ahead of my self here, but has there been any talk about this AGP x16 at all???

Does not exist, will not exist. PCI-Express x16 has usurped AGP's role.

Apparently at one point nVidia was thinking about releasing some unofficial AGP 16X hardware, but no serious talk of an actual standard.

Why would it matter? There's hardly a difference between AGP 4x and AGP 8x anyway.

I've heard talk of it in the past but not in about a year or so since PCI-E came out.
