AGP Voltage Value?

Anybody try increasing the agp voltage on any motherboards with 9800 series cards to increase the core/mem speeds? Playing around with the thought of bumping up the voltage tonight when I get home.....Just want to know if its a dumb move.....Hurry reply before I break a 300$ card 😛

Actually this dictates the AGP controller's voltage and it will fry rather than the video card (i.e. no more video signal to the AGP port). In my testing, this has not aided in overclocking in the slightest, but I have read that it may help with some stuttering issues if needed.

The AGP slot will give your card 1.5V and that's it. Raising the AGP voltage setting only helps if your psu is not giving enough voltage to the AGP slot.
