AGP voltage question

Hey guys
In trying to get my fsb vs. multipliers sorted out i got stuck at 14x155=2170 as being the most stable. That ran a 13399
but thats not good enought for me.
%50 of the time i run at 13x166=2166 i get lockups during 3dmark, but the other %50 i get 13880. not bad.
Also a higher multiplier than 14 cause my computer to not post and a higher FSB cause quicker lockups during 3dmark.
so i decided to tackle the higher fsb problem. I've got my vdimm at 2.75 and i've moved vcore up to 1.85 and back to no avail
so now i set my agp voltage to 1.7 and i seem to be running pretty stable at 13x166=2166. my next step would be higher FSB settings and/or lower multipliers. Maybe even bring the agp to 1.8 if needed

My question is whether 1.7 is safe with a factory radeon 9700 pro. I have two rear exhaust 80mm's and one side intake 80mm and a triple 40mm hd intake in front.
Also would 1.8 be pushing it?

Thanks in advance
Rob
