AGP upgrade

What would be the best and most reasonably priced AGP video card upgrade over a 9800 pro. I'm looking for something that should hopefully be able to run Oblivion and unreal 3.0 engine games at a decent framerate.

I was looking at 6800 GS cards on new egg and I see theres one with more memory (GDDR2) but slower clock and only 128 bit, and one that has less memory (GDDR3) but higher clock and 256 bit, which of the two would be the best. Price difference was about $170 vs $230

With news that the 7600GT will be coming to AGP, you might want to wait... It's performance and features are well above the 6800GS and its price will more than likely be the same or less. It also consumes less power, so a PSU change may not be necessary. Check out the AT review, it's probably the best choice for your price-point.

If you can swing it, you might also find that the extra cash for the 7800GS is worth it - it's only about $60 more than the 6800GS and is probably the fastest AGP card you can get...

I'd go with the 7800GS, preferably, the eVGA 7800GS CO Superclock. That way you are set up with the best. Thats what I did anyway and I dont regret it. I plan to keep my AGP system for at least a couple more years though so it was a good decision for me.

I remember reading something about a 7900GS AGP, is something like that gonna come out, if so is it worth the wait?

Also, what is a good price for a 7800GS?

And I forgot to ask, would my CPU/mobo be a huge bottleneck to a card this powerful, or will it run fine?

Edit: I found someone who might be willing to buy my 9800 pro, what would be a fair price to sell it for?

Not sure what the prices are now. I got mine for $330something but its the CO Superclock with HDTV. Basically dont pay more than I did. Last I looked the regular 7800GS was going for as little as $305 online. Might be under $300 now.
