? agp slot construction, help

My agp card move in slot free. Can I to consolidate agp card in slot and to do better contact (there is spring-mechanism in slot).
I use savage 4 32m and I have some corrupt images in agpx2 mode.
I'm user only and understand english bad, I'm sorry.

Use some cable ties to hold it down, but do NOT mess with the contacts in the socket!

Not to sure but the 503+ did not have an AGP slot up to spec with your video card??? Might be the problem with your image distortions... I agree to try plastic cable ties to hold the card in and stable otherwise the slot maybe worn out???

Yes, va503+ has spec agp 1.0, it is know prob. But I have very free movings in slot...

Can I to buy this plastic cable ties anywhere?
Can I anyhow mechanicly to perform contact in slot?

Sorry I cant help much more but the cable ties can be found at and electrical supply house or Radio Shack even at a general hardware store (anywhere that has electrical supplies). You will have to be inventive (figure a way to do it...) to use the cable ties. I think if you get the card held in place properly or moved to where it makes the best contact you might get lucky... Other than trying a different AGP type card in your AGP slot I dont know how to tighten up a loose slot??? Other than changing the board...

To tighten up a loose slot is impossibly, but in slot contact is spring-mechanism and I think how to regulate it. I need to break a agp slot 1 time and to know this mechanism. I can't try other card/board now.
