Hi technical wizards!

I've searched the web for quite some time now for info on "AGP Read Synchronization", a BIOS setting I have available on my MSI board with AMI BIOS. I make it a point to research any BIOS settings I don't know about, and this one is really tough to find info on. Is there anyone who can explain this to me? Thanks!
