Hi
My Asus P3B-F motherboard has a AGP slot that will support applications with 1X or 2X mode bus (direct quote from the manual). If I were to purchase a(Elsa Gladiac MX) Nvidia GeForce 2MX 32 MB which is a 4X card, would my motherboard support it? I was told that 4X cards are backward compatible and able to function with 1X/2X slots. Thanks.

Yeah you could use it. In fact I'm in your same situation and I have a Geforce2 MX and it works fine.

Thanks!:)

By the way, is the Rvia TNT 2 Ultra really outdated? Wondering if I should really go for the Elsa card or just go with a Creative Rvia TNT 2 Ultra?

TNT2 ULTRA's are very old. You are better off buying a GeForce2 MX for the price/performance ratio.
