I thought I had it all figured out...

The ASUS K7v333 has an "AGP Pro" slot. What exactly is AGP Pro? Will my ancient Diamond Stealth s540 Extreme fit on it? I only plan to use it temporarily, till I get a GeForce 3 Ti200 based video card.

Advice/information would be greatly appreciated.


Also, the ASUS k7Sv333 with the SiS chipset has an AGP 4X slot. What is the difference between the two?
 
AGP Pro is the same as AGP 2x, 4x, only with an extra few pins for extra power. Normal 2x and 4x cards will fit fine. So if your card with with AGP 2x, it will work with Pro.
