I was looking at getting either the Epox EP-8KHA or EP-8K7A+ but noticed they do not contain the AGP Pro slot. Is this needed to run the GeForce 3 to its full potential?
Is it worth waiting for the ABIT KG7 and see what that is like?
 
The AGP Pro slot is only needed for some high end 3D rendering workstations video cards that need the extra juice. No consumer level cards, including the GF3, need the AGP pro slot. Either of the boards will work fine with the GF3. Also, the KG7 does not have an AGP Pro slot either.
