Well with Newegg you have to go retail these days since therye QA is slipping and slideing ...so, I mean read some Powercolor X1900XT complaints at thier site in reviews -laughable but sad. wow...haha
I'll but the cheapest retail AND aftermarket cooler because I have a quiet PC.

Recommendations and/or links to coolers for X1900XT series Radeons??

Tell me what you guys use.

EDIT: hey, GECUBE for 399.00 after rebate. Retail. ...my eyes are beginnign to hurt a little.

Hey I'm trying to catch up with all the tech. ! :)

arctic-cooling Accelero X2
This quiet down the card because the stock xtx cooler is quite noisy.

I think the xt/xtx is faster than the GTX is most more popular games like BF2 and Oblivion (faster by a significant amount).

It's not a bad idea to buy the xt (425/725) instead since it is a good bit cheaper and most of them have no problem overclocking to xtx (450/775) speed.

that 8 less PixelPipelines makes little difference? I see it doesnt much if at all ....maybe a little speed? thats one thing that kept me inetrested in Nvidia. I have spend hours reading reviews though and that x1900xt is the best deal. That cooler will let me do that OC safely I hope because this thing already runs so hot at stcok settings... i dont know how people OC it without water cooling. Going to try and see
