AGP Card

If you can get an nvidia 6200 card for around the same price it is much better than a 5500.

The Asus brand 6200 card is faster than most others, but if it costs a lot more for you then get another 6200 card.

I'm guessing you have someone in the US to buy the card for you? Most vendors don't ship to Pakistan.

You've just jumped from a $40 card up to a $205 card, what is your budget and what features do you need?
 
I got this ATI 9700 Pro and it does a great job playing back movies and if you are a gamer, its not bad. I've tried some graphics and this card I would recommend at this price. This is 8x/4x and will work with newer AGP mobo if you decide to upgrade. Good hunting.
 
Nobody's asked the OP what he wants to use the card for - since he didn't say. But if we're looking at cheap cards, a 6200 of any variety is going to be better than a 5500 of any variety.

On the ATI end, a Radeon 9550 or 9600 (128-bit) would probably work for general purpose use. I think these all run under $60 new.
 
mostly for games but not high end id go max with 800X600 with medium or full settings but with every effects on...
i wouldnt pay more than $100

Brand name (ATi vs nVidia) doesn't mean much unless you are talking about specific model or price-points, no more than "Should I buy a Chevy or Ford."

For a <$100 AGP card, your best bet is an ATi 9600xt/9700/9800 model, or maybe the nVidia 6600 line. A used 9800Pro would probably be perfect for your needs.

Also, there is a video forum here, but I don't really blame you for not asking in there.
