What does fast write do for agp performance?Should I enable it in my bios?

AGP Fast Writes does practically nothing for performance. Nothing. It will however cause a lot of problems with VIA chipsets.

So, in conclusion, leave it off.
It does nothing for performance on Intel chipsets, and on VIA/Others it does nothing for performance AND causes graphical glitches.
