AGP AMD 3450 - Is it better than a geforece 6800?

It's better in that it has more modern features and will likely save you a few watts on your PC power useage. The GeForce 6/7 cards have not really aged well, so even a low end card like a Radeon 34x0 may improve playability of some newer games, but it's really not much of a gaming card.

*edit - That Radeon has DDR2 over a 64bit connection... I doubt it'll be very good for gaming on.
