She could have inherited oral herpes from her parents, which would mean an outbreak from time to time.

Anyway, I've never found her attractive and this is the nail in the coffin.

Psst. Umm...cold sores (I can't remember which Herpes Simplex it is) are not necessarily a dirty STD.
 
she's still a pretty woman. she just has a bit of a cold sore. her skin is actually pretty good, it is very clear, compare to someone like Brittany Spears, who has acne and pock marks from hell
 
Oh, she's hot all right ... but everyone has bad days, bad pictures, and you have to realize how much makeup these people wear on a daily basis when we see them on TV.

You gotta admit they are a pretty wierd if not bizarre couple. Both can get plenty of their share, but the matchup here is just kind of freaky imo.
 
She still looks better than most of your girlfriends/wives will ever look without makeup. She looks attractive in those pictures, but it's her natural look, you know, what you wake up looking like. Take a picture of your chicks when they wake up and it won't be any better.
 
I'm surprised a celeb would make herself so publicly visible when she looks like that. It's not like she had to go to work or somethin'...
