AGh. too many cheaters on CS

I was on the server taht I usually play on, and there are a crapload of cheaters on it...........took it over...

Sick of it!!

What servers do YOU guys play on that have no cheaters!?

I was playing about 30 minutes ago, I just got so frustrated that I left. I was kicking ass accept for when 2 cheaters would tag team me :| Damn wall hackers :| :|

It's a shame there are so many cheaters. I used to love playing CS, but the rampant cheating has driven me away.

When you die of a head shot EVERY time, the game kind of loses its fun.

How do you know they were cheating? Maybe it could be that you just suck compared to them.....I got accused of cheating in q3 and q2 when I use to play that game every day. I had awesome aim with the railgun and always got accused of using an aimbot when in fact it was just simple skill and me having nothing better to do then play the game 10 hrs a day.

same here. even this morning... it sickens me that those damn n00bs have nothing better to do than accuse me of using an aimbot. but in CS, there are a bunch of cheaters who use wallhacks and aimbots and such, so, i'm guessing its more cheaters than him sucking.

www.thegamebox.net LD runs these servers with my and wolfies hel as well as a few others, we are usually pretty clean cheater wise, and we take care of them right quick, however we don't get alot of CS traffic at the moment. but that can change .

we know they cheat because we call them on it, and they admit they are cheating.

getting headshotted thru walls repeatedly is another good sign they're cheating.

Cheaters are running rapid, but the new anticheats usually for awhile till new cheats are out.

CS Cheaters do take fun out of the game.

I don't just blindly accuse someone of cheating if they get 3 headshots in a row. I watch them for a few rounds and see how they interact with other players before I say anything. I watched one guy kill everyone on my team including myself with a USP. ALL headshots. We all had colts and mp5s, but appearantly he was able to overcome that.

I've played CS since beta 1. I know the difference between skill, luck, and cheating. Its a matter of experience.

what's funny is I play on a great server with no cheaters. Really, there is always an admin or two spectating and checking for cheaters and I trust the guys there implicitly. The part that's funny is I'm not gonna share the address the fewer people who know about it the better

I play and admin at Homelan servers, any person caught cheating is banned from every homelan CS server and cant come back, but the only rule is no swearing to keep the envornment friendly and fun for all without having to worry about racist remarks or what not, they have about 30 + servers and are adding more soon, Homelan is the biggest and most popular in offering free gaming servers for many games with 100s more servers, especially CS, to come. Look for me sometimes on the 32 map dust servers HF|[samurai]Joe

i was falsely accused of cheating because of my killing sprees and high kill : death ratio.

ask the guys who played in our ATOT tournament 2 months ago.
I was near the top of the team on most matches.

whenever someone is doing well, people just scream CHEATER, and they get banned

I took one of my extra boxes, and put the hack(I will not name it) that all these idiots use, that cannot be detected by PB. I went into a few servers as a Spectator and would shift from person to person. I found that 75% of the people with kill rations of 2:1 or better were cheating. Some things to look for is how they move. Since they keep following people through walls, they strafe a lot, when you watch it, you can set it to make a big blue bar that points where they are aiming. It is so easy to spot the low lifes. I stopped playing on the net too, I was always at HomeLAN too, but got banned for doing too well(I had a 83:~6 kill-to-death ratio). So now, we only play at LANs and stuff, and even then, UTCTF is much more fun when it is 16 vs 16..

hahahha psteng19. i hate cheaters too. especially those that are so obvious but don't admit it. wow im 87-1 but no i'm not cheating just all your bullets can't hit me. btw that one kill was when everyone chucked nades at him.

God I used to love CS and now I don't even play it, my local clan here dropped it as our main game and we converted to RTCW now just because of the cheaters. :|
