What are some ways you guys get aggression/frustrations out without hurting anyone? Punching bag? Karate? Randomly calling people and yelling at them?

Depends on the root of my aggression. If another person is the source, I confront them about the percieved wrongs. If I am aggressive because of the malaise of the universe I take it out on my liver.

i take my aggression out by reading, surfing or playing basketball. a good book by the lamp, or nice slow rolling wave gets me real mellow. when i play ball, its the energy bursts that tend to mellow me out.

I just hold it all in and never show my emotions or true feelings. I think this is healthy. :p

Exercising is the absolute best way to rid yourself of aggression. Work as hard as you can, and by the time you're done, you'll get the 'rush', be exhausted, be aggression-free, and you'll have made your body happy.

Win-win.

I would like to join the roller derby because I think it would be a fun way to get out some aggression (even though it may hurt me or another person a tiny bit), but my husband doesn't approve. So, I am looking for another way to take out aggression. Exercise does help me relieve stress, but does little for me when I am mad about something.

so what if your husband deosn't approve. you're your own person, do what you damn well please. hell, just try it for a week or two and if you like it then do it. if not, then not your cup of tea. i personally think it'd be really cool if my wife did something like that.

Fapping helps in so many ways.

Just be careful you don't hurt yourself if you are very mad.

His point is that it is very likely I will be all bruised up and he doesn't want to deal with it I guess. Also, it cost money.

Guitar can be good. Crank up the volume, add some heavy distortion...

I SUCK at guitar. I have really small hands :(

You can find some smaller guitars to help with that, but honestly, with proper hand/finger stretching techniques and a very low/even action on the guitar, you should be fine on any guitar.
