Ok so I spent like 18+ hours on my first job (a few days at work) and then last night when I shutdown my system the UD Agent crashed (couldn't exit when the system told it to or something) and then this morning I boot up and it's back at farkin 0% complete. (I think I'll plug my laptop in at home tonight and let it run just so I can complete something).

That's one of the major things I hate about the UD agent. You will also find that it will loose work on just a normal reboot if my memory servs me correct the device just saves work at certain percentages and if the client closed normally it will fall back to the last saved place. I wonder how hard it would be to make sure itsaved right before closing the client, but hey maybe that would make too much sense for them.

I know what you mean. That was one of the most frustrating things about running UD. I've found that a program called UD Monitor, which makes backups of your work progress periodically, has basically remedied the problem. Plus, it can cache work units.

They have been talking about putting better checkpointing in place since last May. :|

It is a nuisance to suddenly have to start all over, especially when you have something going through alot of conformers. :(

Yeah, it's not so great right now, but it has improved, it used to be that any reset other than a normal one would return you to zero. That's strange that you returned to zero, that hasn't happened to me in months :(
