Tell them to call the store down here and check the price. Did you ask em to ring it up? I'm sure it should've been discounted. I will be glad to go back to the store to check tomorrow though to see if they have any more.

None at 4 of my local Office Depots. BTW, at the OD location I actually went to I was told nogo on the coupon unless I had it in my hand. I guess I now have to wait for the next cheapo dgital camera hot deal.

I hope one of my fellow Anandtechers can help me on this deal. I bought the agfa cl18 at the OD in Arlington Tx on Dec 30th to take advantage of the rebate deal. The next morning, my car was broke into and they stole my stamped and ready rebate letter off the seat of my car along with my stereo and cd's. Does anyone have an extra UPC barcode off of the box they can spare? I can get another reciept from the store and the rebate form, but there is only one bar code on the box... Any help is greatly appreciated.

Walmart B&M had the Polaroid Photomax Fun 640 for $79. There's also a $20 rebate from Polaroid on this model ==> $59.

Plus: Has LCD display
Minus: serial connection, can only erase last picture from mem.

Note this is NOT the Fun 320 being sold ~$40 at several locations.

That's pretty decent quality for a camera of that price...I remember testing out some $99 Agfa camera, the pictures were absolutely horrible. It looked like someone had used a photoshop crystallize filter on them. E-mailed an Agfa tech the pics, he said it was normal!

Anyways, the pics serzone posted, don't look ANYWHERE like the ones from the cheapy one I tried, the Agfa CL18 is worth $15 if it takes pictures like the ones in serzone's Yahoo album.

Vinny, Are you saying that the photos you took on your CL18 camera looks BETTER than what serzone's Yahoo foto album?
I think those looks pretty good for a $20 camera.

Oh yeah, aviod the Agfa e-smile camera at all cost!

Yes, the esmile made me stay away from any other Agfa product eversince. That was a very bad thing.
Too light to throw at somebody and too heavy to be carried away by wind...

I finally found one. They wouldn't take the coupon code by itself so it was $59.95 plus tax minus the $30 rebate presuming it comes through. No problem wilt installation. The photo quality is high res mode is barely passable for email/fleabay ads and the memory is very limited (the Kodak 3200 at Staples with the OD pricematch and staples code might has been a better deal for me) but then again I don't have to worry about damage, loss or theft of this camera. However, I am now hooked on digital cameras and will get better one when the prices drop drastically with the supposedly cheaper coming CMOS technology.

A word of warning: I had a bad experience with this model about a year ago. I bought one that wouldn't turn on, so I sent it back. They then sent me one that drained the batteries in THREE pictures, no exageration, it also killed the batteries while it was completely truned off. So I sent it back and they sent me another one. This one turned on and would take many pictures without killing the batteries, but when I treid to view them on the LCD or download them to my machine the pictures were completely black. So in disgust I sent the thrid one back and went back to oldschool film...

i bought it in the oceanside location on sunday of last week...

for the person having problems with the usb connection, go to your "my computer" and right click and go to hardware properties or something like that. then there should be a usb default driver... just delete that one, reboot and wait for it to recognize the twain driver from your camera. i did this in windows ME and it worked.
