I want to buy from amazon this ageya PhysX card,but im wondering if this card is working fine with amd hd 7990?I mean if I purchase this card its possible to have physx effect in games on my ati radeon card.?

There might be a hack to make it work but nVidia has disabled PhysX with Ageia PhysX cards regardless of the brand GPU being used.
 
It makes no sense to use that card in any way. Its too slow to handle anything even if you got it to work. Its a card from 2006. 10 years ago.

If you want PhysX and can get it to work. You need an NVidia GPU.
