I am 42, and have been playing games since the old Vic 20 and the cassette drive!! LOL
I have been playing UT non stop for 2 years- CAN'T WAIT for the new versions, and just finished my 3rd run through of RTCW.
Hell, I figure when my arthritic hands are too bad to handle a stick, we'll have a different type of input anyway :)

My neighbors to me are going on 80 and him and his wife still play video games everynight. They don't play the twitch video games though, they play stuff like the old Mario.

I remember being really young (8-9) and wishing for the day that I would be old enough to make money and buy my own video games.

Now that i'm old-ish (21), i can waste my money on whatever I want :)

You're only too old if you are too feeble to operate the controller. Otherwise you're never too old!

There was one 60+ lady that bought a PS2 and a bunch of RPGs for her husband. I'm guessing he was not a teen.

To me, the only thing cooler than playing video games with an old(er) people is smoking weed with old(er) people.

Go ahead and buy the console and have fun playing it too! Oh, and if you ever wanna smoke weed, let me know :).

I'm older than you and with the price drops have been seriously considering a PS2 or an XBox. I am pretty into PC games but have not done any console gaming since the Atari 2600 days.
