Afternoon coffee

i don't drink coffee

i stopped drinking sugar soda, but still do the caffiene soda, but i am trying to drink flavored water when i am not too sleepy

It's all to do with what you eat for lunch.

Morning coffee is def. essential but I find if I drink a bottle of water or two after lunch or during the day I don't get the 'afternoon zombie' feeling.

Try eating better or drinking water.

I actually never have coffee in the morning, and rarely in the afternoon. Well, rarely in general, but when I do have it, it's usually in the evening.

Coffee with nothing added to it way to bitter to drink, especially espresso. I like coffee, but I need to have cream and sugar in mine.

for me, afternoon coffee is a chance to get out of the office for 10 mins and break up the afternoon. it's a 5-min walk to Tim Horton's.

i like going for quick little walks. i come back feeling refreshed.

also, in the nicer weather, it is pretty much mandatory for the office guys to stand out front and ogle the women passersby.

Heh, funny I should read this thread, I'm sitting here about half way through the 500 pages of reading I was assigned this weekend and I just had to re-read this page 13 times! /me thinks I'll take a little break to grab some coffee and nef 😀

i also find it funny how some people swear they need coffee to function each day. No one needs coffee to function. Just stop drinking it and a few days later you will be back to normal.

Coffee is the reason I come to work. Work sucks. But I know when I get there, I can make a pot of coffee and everything will be ok.

Meh, it depends on how much sleep you get. For a while I was working full time as well as being more than full time in school (15 creds) I'd average about 5.5-6 hours a night so it was really difficult for me to concentrate early in the morning without a little pick me up. Now that I get closer to 8 hours it isn't so bad
