well i tried doing a search but nothing useful came up, and a bunch of crap on google.....
assuming that you agree (even for sake of argument) motherboard and built-in sensors you read from the bios or something like that are not the most accurate temp readings, and that aftermarket sensors are more accurate..... proceed... (lemme know if you disagree, but i've heard pleanty of wrong temps reported)
What would be the best brand/product for this? I'm assuming it'd have to be something like a face panel for a 5.25 drive bay that displays the temps..... I see a bunch of them on websites but are there any that people use/like/recommend and are known for thier accuracy? How much do they run if you know?
also where exactly would u place one on say the CPU or VidCard (i know the case one generally goes at a high point in the case as heat rises where there is the least airflow)
