Aftermarket Stereo/blue tooth/Nav for 2006 Accord

Hi guys,

I'm looking to upgrade the crappy stereo in my 2006 Honda Accord. This is my everyday car and long paid off, and it gets me to and from quite nicely. But I'm really missing the updated bluetooth and other features from my more recent SLK.

I literally have no idea where to start though. I don't know if I have "dual ac" or single ac, or how I can even get these installed. Any tips? I'm in NYC, so if someone knows a good aftermarket shop, I'd love a recommendation.
 
What ever you buy try and get one from a US seller. The Chinese ones are usually the same but if there is a problem the return shipping eats all your savings.
 
If each passenger has a temp control, that's dual zone. It can blow cold air on the driver, and warm air on the passenger, for example.
