Afterburner not keeping my fan profile settings on reboot?

Something that's been bothering me... I love my silent computer, but any time I reboot (which is often since I turn it off at night and while at work), I need to manually enable user fan control then hit apply... I want it to be at 20% fan speed from boot, without the noise of it sitting at 40+%.

Thoughts?
